Blank Spaces ("Blank," "we," "us") is operated by Ecstasis LLC, a New York limited liability company. By using Blank or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
Blank is an iOS application that provides a minimalist home screen launcher and related distraction-reduction tools. A free version is available; premium features are unlocked via subscription.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annual, depending on the plan you select). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings (for in-app purchases) or via the link in your confirmation email (for web purchases).
Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically when the trial period ends, unless cancelled beforehand.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms.
Web purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as our authorized reseller. The payment provider handles the transaction, applicable taxes, billing support, and refund processing for web orders. The provider's name will appear on your billing statement and in your purchase confirmation email.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or last renewal by emailing [email protected]. Web purchase refunds are issued through our payment provider. Apple-processed purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be requested through Apple.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Blank; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or your subscription; (c) use Blank for any unlawful purpose; or (d) circumvent any security or licensing measures.
Blank, including all designs, code, and content, is owned by Ecstasis LLC. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app — nothing more.
Blank is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will meet every individual need.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecstasis LLC's total liability for any claim relating to Blank or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of Blank after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
