Our policy

We want you to be happy with Blank. If you're not, we'll make it right.

Web subscriptions

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal by emailing [email protected] with your purchase email and order number.

Approved refunds are processed by our authorized payment provider and returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

In-app purchases (Apple)

Subscriptions and purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund for an Apple-processed purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds for Apple transactions directly.

Cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. To cancel:

  • Web subscriptions: Use the management link in your confirmation email or contact us.
  • App Store subscriptions: Manage in your Apple ID settings.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected] — we typically resolve issues within 1–2 business days. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your access to Blank while the dispute is reviewed.
